The Child, Youth and Family Crisis Line for Eastern Ontario privacy policy has been developed jointly by the partners.

The privacy policy protects the personal information of clients and the confidentiality of the services provided. It establishes guiding principles for collection, use and sharing of information among the partners, and operates in compliance with legislation governing privacy of personal health information. All information stored in databases is protected by securing technology.
